Our products are all handmade by our beneficiaries or volunteers. Minor flaws may exist occasionally adding beauty to the product. Our products are exclusively available for purchase only on this store or at our own table or stall at bazaar events.
Refunds and returns
We do not accept returns of any products or offer refunds on any orders. Exchanges may be allowed on a case by case basis, subject to our discretion. As our products are one-of-a-kind, regretfully we cannot promise exact replacements.
All our products pass through several rounds of quality control to secure product functionality. Products are packed with utmost care to ensure damage free delivery.
We are a fully volunteer led team. The proceeds of all online and offline product sales are directed fully to train and support our beneficiaries throughout the year.
Customs and duties
Custom duties or taxes to be paid on any packages in the receiving country will be borne by the buyer.
Orders processing may take upto 3 working days. There will be regular intimation on the order status and package despatch.
